Biography

I'm the founder of Eat Safe, a company that is creating the free flow of information in the food industry through mobile-based software. My vision is to usher in a food democracy where consumers can easily gain access to info regarding the food they eat on a daily basis, whether it be in a grocery store, restaurant, online d2c grower, etc.

We also want food businesses to collaborate better along the supply chain so that we can prevent recurring food recalls, miseducation and misinformation, and malpractice. Our mobile platform helps companies share product information in the blink of an eye and mobilize teams to come together and be more transparent with data by doing away with the archaic, complex paper trail.
