Nikita Rokotyan is a data visualization engineer and designer with a background in physics and creative technologies. He specializes in creating enriched, data-driven experiences with strong dynamic and interactive components.
In 2018 Nikita founded Interacta — a data visualization studio where a team of developers, scientists and designers is building beautiful tools for visual analytics. In 2019 one of the studio’s projects, An alternative data-driven country map, won World Data Visualization Prize — the award organized by the World Government Summit and Information is Beautiful.
Besides data visualization Nikita is a big fan of creative coding and new media art.
